At Vice Six, every product is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer using the photos, names, and customization details provided during the ordering process.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains a manufacturing defect, or if we made an error during the customization process, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review all claims and determine the appropriate resolution.

Personalized Products

Because all Vice Six products are custom-made and created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer

  • Low-quality images provided by the customer

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Design choices approved by the customer

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved when:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item contains a manufacturing defect

  • The item received differs materially from the approved order

  • An error was made by Vice Six during production

Shipping Delays

Vice Six is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country, state, or region.
